In the Monts du Lyonnais, this Holiday cottage is located 2 km from the charming village of Villechenève, in a hamlet made up of a few houses, including the owner's and his farm garage.
It is housed in an old family farmhouse (completely renovated in 2022) typical of the region, set below a small Countryside road. This large house also includes a second 6-person Holiday cottage.
Each gîte has its own entrance and independent grounds. The 2 Holiday cottages can be joined by an internal communication system to accommodate up to 12 people on the same site.

The Holiday cottage 'Majoa - Côté Jardin' is spacious and comfortable. It has been tastefully renovated. In summer, the thick, well-insulated walls keep you cool. In winter, you'll appreciate the gentle warmth emitted by the central heating.
First floor: entrance from the terrace into the kitchen (1 step). Laundry/boiler room (access via 2 steps). Open-plan living room (access via 2 steps, dining area and sitting area with sofa and coffee table). Clearance. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 family room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Outside: private garden in front of Holiday cottage (not enclosed) with gravel terrace and garden furniture, deckchairs. Parking space. Beautiful views of the surrounding Countryside and Monts du Forez in the distance. The adjoining meadow can be used for tobogganing in winter.
