In the Monts du Lyonnais, Holiday cottage located 2 km from the small village of Villechenève, in a hamlet of a few houses including the owner's and his farm garage.
Housed in an old family farmhouse (fully renovated in 2022) typical of the region, set back from a Countryside road.
The Holiday cottage is made up of 2 independent units, each for 6 people, linked by a double interior connecting door. Communal meals can be taken in either dining room. Spacious, comfortable interior, tastefully renovated. In summer, the thick, insulated walls keep you cool. In winter, gentle warmth is provided by central heating.

1st set 'Côté Cour':
First floor (wheelchair access except laundry room): living room (kitchen area, dining area, lounge with sofa bed for 2). Laundry room (access via 2 steps, washing machine, freezer). Clearing (cupboard/closet). 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room. WC. Upstairs: hallway, 1 bedroom (2 single beds).
2nd set 'Côté Jardin' :
First floor: entrance from terrace into kitchen (1 step). Laundry/boiler room (access via 2 steps). Open-plan living room (access via 2 steps, dining/living area with sofa & coffee table). Clearance. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 family room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), shower room, wc.
Outside: 'Côté Cour' is accessed via a wooden gate opening onto a covered awning, private enclosed courtyard (not overlooked) with terrace, garden furniture, covered area, barbecue. Parking available in the courtyard.
The 'Côté Jardin' complex has a front yard (not enclosed) with a gravel terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs. Parking available.

A fully-equipped 21m² office space is available on request. Weekly rate €51, daily rate €16 (payable to owner) + video projector supplement (€30 per day). Access via courtyard.
