This charming property offers all the benefits of a home in the Countryside—with an enclosed landscaped garden, terrace, private Piscine, and pétanque court—while being right in the heart of the city.
Its exceptional location, right in the center of the village of St. Priest, directly across from the Château de St. Priest, is sure to charm you. It is located very close to Lyon, the “Lyon Porte des Alpes” Technology Park, Eurexpo, Groupama Stadium, Saint-Exupéry Airport, Bron Airport, and Public transport (T2 tram).

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped, self-contained studio with a kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, a holiday cottage with a living room, a sitting area (TV) opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
- The first bedroom features 1 double bed and a private, separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
- A second bedroom with two single beds and a private, non-en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, offering a lovely view of the garden and the Piscine.
- A third bedroom with one large double bed and an en suite private bathroom with shower and toilet.

To ensure a worry-free stay, bed linens (beds made on arrival), towels, and household linen are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental rates.

Outdoors: The garden features several covered and open-air areas, furnished with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a plancha. There is also a large covered wooden deck.
You can also enjoy a moment of relaxation in the Sauna or hot tub (open year-round) and the Piscine from mid-May to mid-October.
