This charming residence offers all the advantages of a Countryside home, with an enclosed landscaped garden, terrace, private swimming pool and pétanque court, while still being right in the City.
Its exceptional location, right in the center of the village of St Priest, just opposite the Château de St Priest, will charm you. It's within easy reach of Lyon, the "Lyon Porte des Alpes" technology park, Eurexpo, Groupama Stadium, Saint-Exupéry airport, Bron airfield and public transport (T2 tramway).

On the first floor, a fully-equipped independent studio with kitchenette, separate shower room/wc and sleeping area with double bed.

Upstairs, a Holiday cottage with a living room, a sitting area (TV) opening onto a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The first bedroom has 1 double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
A second bedroom with 2 single beds, a private non-adjoining shower room/wc, and a lovely view of the garden and Piscine.
The third bedroom has a double bed and its own private shower room and toilet.

Outside: the garden features several covered and uncovered areas, furnished with garden furniture, gas barbecue and plancha. A large covered wooden terrace.
You can also enjoy a relaxing moment in the sauna (open all year round) and the Piscine from mid-May to mid-October. A Jacuzzi is currently being installed (open all year), scheduled to open in early December 2025.
