This large, detached house, with an unfenced plot featuring a new building in the process of being completed, is designed on 2 levels to offer maximum comfort and functionality.

First floor: Entrance hall (including an enclosed alcove with washing machine), large, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, convivial dining area and comfortable sitting area. 1 bedroom with double bed for 2 (140 x 190 cm), 1 modern shower room and separate toilet. The first floor is equipped with reversible winter/summer underfloor heating.
First floor: A corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 additional shower room, 1 separate toilet. Both upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Outside: Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue (charcoal), courtyard and private parking in front of the Holiday cottage.

Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge, baby bed (Umbrella bed) available on request. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
