In Haut Beaujolais, very close to the Saône et Loire region, in a lush green landscape, Joëlle and Bernard, recently retired farmers, will be delighted to welcome you to their 2 Holiday cottages on the farm, just 1km from the village of Trades. As animal lovers, they can introduce you to the cows and sheep of their son, who has taken over the farm. There are many walks in the Forest.
There's a large shared courtyard with a boules pitch and a covered shelter for 3 vehicles.

The renovated stone house comprises 2 single-storey Holiday cottages and the owners' accommodation. Wood central heating.
This Holiday cottage sleeps 7. On the first floor, there's a large living room with equipped kitchenette and wood-burning stove. Shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a sitting area with sofa, armchair and TV.
It has 3 bedrooms: a family room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 room for 2 people (2 single beds) and 1 room for 2 people (1 double bed), a large shower room with toilet.

Outside: the south-facing terrace area is equipped with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue for family and friends to enjoy.
You'll be able to enjoy this area in complete peace and quiet, as the owners have their own outdoor area on the other side.
