In the Beaujolais crus region, surrounded by vineyards, this character gîte with swimming pool and Wellbeing area is set in a wing of the building, close to the home of Valérie and Franck, the owners, and their 2 chambres d'hôtes. Independent access.
It offers an excellent level of comfort, high-quality furnishings and, from its terrace, a superb view of the Fleurie hillside and its famous Vineyards, not overlooked.
You're sure to fall in love with this former winegrowing estate, which has been tastefully restored while preserving its original features (exposed beams, decorative stone fireplace).
First floor: spacious living room opening onto terrace (kitchenette, dining area, sitting area), wood-burning stove. Corridor, laundry room, wc.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 double bed 160 x 200), shower room/wc.
Large terrace, garden furniture, outdoor sofa, deckchairs, gas barbecue, private lawn, summer swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.45 above ground, open from June 15 to September 15) shared with the Bed and breakfast rooms and the owners, Wellbeing area with 6-seater Spa (access at extra cost: €20/person for 1H30 use, bathrobe provided) and common areas with the owners.
Bathroom linen supplied.
On-site: 2 bed and breakfast rooms (sleeps 4 - possibility of renting the whole unit for a small family gathering).
From June 27 to August 29, weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only.
Jacuzzi closed from June 15 to September 1, 2026. Reserve the Jacuzzi with the owners when booking your stay.

Nous sommes arrivés dans le Beaujolais et avons décidé de nous y installer pour ses paysages changeant au cours de l'année, ses collines, le calme de la commune, mais aussi l'esprit du Beaujolais. Depuis 15 ans, nous rénovons cet ancien domaine viticole, transformant le dortoir des vendangeurs en Gîte, la remise du tracteur en Espace Bien-être, et aujourd'hui la maison mitoyenne en Chambre d'hôtes.
Nous souhaitons vous faire partager notre belle région, son terroir, son Beaujolais et ses crus élaborés par les vignerons de la commune, et notre cuisine préparée avec nos produits du jardin et locaux.
Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir parmi nous.

maralau excellent, très ressourçant séjour en beaujolais
Nous venions pour la 1ère fois découvrir le Beaujolais. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Valérie et Franck NONNY. La maison est très agréable, très pratique, joliment décorée et offre une vue sur les monts alentour magnifique. L'endroit est très calme et très ressourçant.
Nous étions bien situés pour visiter tous les petits villages de vignerons du Beaujolais. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine et espérons revenir.- Cleanliness

Jansenius Séjour à Émeringes du 2 au 13 avril 2025
Un gîte spacieux, confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de finesse, et très bien équipé. De la terrasse on a une belle vue panoramique sur les collines avoisinantes.
Les hôtes, Franck et Valérie, courtois et souriants, ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.

VinD very nice stay at l'Escale
We were at l'Escale in the Beaujolais region for 11 days and can fully recommend it to others. The gite is very well equipped. Everything you can think of is there. The mattress is great as is the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, micro-wave and dishwasher. We also enjoyed the swimming pool!

Torben A beautiful holyday
It was our first time in the Beaujolais and the first stay at L'Escale. The House had everything we needed. After a long hot day on our Roadbikes it was perfect to use the Swimmingpool to get cooled. We loved the quiet surroundings and the view to the green Hills. The hospitality of Franck and Valerie is exceptional.

Robert Frequent visitor.
Over a period of 7 years my wife and I have stayed in this gite for a total of 126 nights for 18 weeks!!
Each time we have travelled by car from Norfolk stopping en route near Epernay.
The owners of the gite, Franck and Valerie live close by and are excellent hosts who provide a friendly welcome and are always ready to help without being intrusive.
There are many vineyards nearby and the local wine maker lives close by. The view across the valley from the terrace is stunning and sitting out in the evening is superb. We hope to stay in this gite yet again next year!- Cleanliness
