Situated on the Lyon plain in the Countryside, this Holiday cottage is easily accessible from the main roads nearby.
Housed in a large house that also includes the owners' accommodation, it has completely independent access and a terrace overlooking the Countryside.
On the first floor, the French window from the terrace opens onto the living room with kitchen and dining area. Access via 3 steps to the living area (1 x 2-seater sofa bed, TV, French window opening onto the garden), then to the toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower and washbasin).
Bed linen provided at no extra charge. Baby bed on request (Umbrella bed).
Outside: terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Small private plot (40 m²). Parking below Holiday cottage (access by stairs or path).
Parc des Expositions 16 km, Golf de Lyon Verger 15 km, Museums/site of Saint-Romain-en-Gal and Parc OL/Groupama Stadium 22 km.

Excellent Séjour, propriétaire très sympathique, très gentille et très à l'écoute, tout était parfait. Lieu calme et très proche de ttes commodités. Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation. Rien ne manque, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. On pose ses valises et on se pose sans soucis. Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation. Merci à la propriétaire qui tient ce gîte.
