L'Echilette

This charming, character-filled gîte is located on a farm in the heart of the Lyonnais valleys. Less than 50 km from Lyon, it's an ideal place to gather with family or friends, thanks in particular to the adjoining 2nd gîte for 9 people.

At the end of a small country road, this farmhouse gîte is housed in a characterful stone house. In the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, it's easily accessible from L'Arbresle and Bessenay (A89). There's another gîte for 9 people on the premises (on the lower level), as well as the owners' (farmers') house to the rear. Access from the parking lot to the private terrace via outside stairs. Entrance into large country-style living room with stone walls (kitchen, dining and sitting areas). Shower room, WC, small technical/storage room. Upper level: relaxation area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, WC. 2nd level: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), (1 bunk bed). Baby cot, bath, potty and high chair available on request. Outside: private gravel terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, large sunken parking lot, shared grounds on the outskirts of the farm. The 2 gîtes can be rented jointly for groups of family or friends (15 people in total). Visit to the farm (livestock, meat breeds). Cats on site.
