In Haut Beaujolais, very close to the Saône et Loire region, in a lush green landscape, Joëlle and Bernard, recently retired farmers, will be delighted to welcome you to their 2 Holiday cottages on the farm, just 1km from the village of Trades. As animal lovers, they can introduce you to the cows and sheep of their son, who has taken over the farm. There are many walks in the Forest.
There's a large shared courtyard with a boules pitch and a covered shelter for 3 vehicles.

Ideal for families and friends, these two adjoining Holiday cottages can accommodate up to 10 people.
The large 7-person Holiday cottage has a large living room on the first floor, with a fully-equipped kitchenette and wood-burning stove. Shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a sitting area with sofa, armchair and TV.
It has 3 bedrooms: a family room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed), 1 room for 2 people (2 single beds) and 1 room for 2 people (1 double bed), a large shower room with toilet.

The 3-person Holiday cottage has a ground-floor living room with kitchenette and sofa. Shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a 2-person bedroom (1 double bed) and a mezzanine sleeping area with 1 single bed.

Outside: the south-facing terrace is equipped with table, chairs and charcoal stone barbecue for family and friends to enjoy.
You'll be able to enjoy this area in complete peace and quiet, as the owners have their own outdoor area on the other side.
