Single-storey studio in the heart of a magnificent, fully-enclosed property, with swimming pool and superb garden adjacent to the Tour de Salvagny International Golf Course. Close to Lyon, l'Arbresle, A89, Pôle Techlid and Casino Le Lyon Vert. The property comprises a main house where the owner - Maria Eugenia - lives, and two separate apartments (including this studio) set in a green setting at the far end of the park.
The furnished apartment opens onto a kitchen area, followed by the bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed, desk, armchair). Shower room with WC. Independent access to the shared laundry room in the owner's house.
Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Free end-of-stay cleaning.
Outside, large, partly-covered private terrace overlooking the Piscine, electric plancha grill, garden furniture, private parking. Communal Piscine (unheated) open May 1 to September 30 (bed linen provided), trampoline, table tennis, crocket set. Maria Eugenia, an avid gardener, can help you discover the many flowers on the property (peonies, roses...).
Lacroix Laval park 5 km away. Lodging not suitable for Kids due to the Piscine.

Je suis argentine et vis en France depuis 1987. Enseignante de littérature et civilisation espagnole s et latino -américaines, je me passionne pour le jardinage depuis que nous crée ce jardin anglais à partir de 1996.
J'aime particulièrement partager cet havre de verdure, fraîcheur et quiétude avec mes hôtes.

Nous avons passé 2 journées agréables chez Maria Eugénia qui est une personne très sympathique et soucieuse du bon déroulement de notre séjour.
Malgré la petite superficie, le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. La terrasse face à la piscine est agréable. Le jardin est superbe. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment de détente.- Cleanliness

Maria, la propriétaire des lieux est très agréable, et très discrète.
Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé.
Profiter de la piscine à n'importe quel moment de la journée est très appréciable.
L'endroit est très joli, très bien entretenu, très calme.
Beaucoup de site et lieux à découvrir à proximité.

Nogel Pool House stay Lyon
We had a really warm welcome on our arrival, Maria the owner was such a kind and thoughtful person. The Pool House even though the kitchen was small, was equipped with everything you needed. The pool and grounds of the property were beautiful. We toured the beaujolais region which was only a 30 minute drive from the property, went to some beautiful villages. After talking to Maria, not many people from the the UK stop at her property, I would highly recommend if two people want a value for money break with a pool then this is the place to stop, we both would like to thank Maria for a memorable stay at Lyon

Un vrai bonheur de profiter du beau jardin et de la piscine en toute quiétude, après 3 jours de visite intensive de Lyon en pleine canicule !
