Holiday cottage entirely renovated in 2021, in the heart of the small village of Chambost-Longessaigne (Western Lyon), near the Loire department. Very easy access from the A89 motorway. Very warm welcome from Odile, the owner, who lives in a Semi-detached house.

Access is from the front of the house, on one level (1 step), then from the 1st floor onto a terrace and a large, enclosed, private garden with trees, not overlooked.
First floor: entrance hall (washing machine and dryer, wall cupboard). 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom and toilet.
On the 1st floor, with direct access to the outside, there's a large living area (kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and fireplace).
2nd floor: relaxation area (TV), 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed), bathroom including wc.
Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bath, changing mat).
All the character of the old house has been preserved (period parquet flooring, exposed beams), nicely decorated.
Outside: wooden terrace with garden furniture, bench, deckchairs, barbecue. Kids (swing set, seesaw).

Nearby, the owner offers another Holiday cottage for 4 people in a completely independent wooden house (possibility of renting the 2 accommodations for a total of 10 people).
The owners prefer arrivals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to other days of the week. Shops 5 km away (Panissières).
