75 km from Lyon and 50 km from Mâcon, in the Beaujolais Vert region, lovely character gîte with 4 bedrooms and private pool (covered and heated).

Set in rolling fir forests at the foot of the west face of Mont Saint Rigaud (1,009 m), this 12-person Holiday cottage is housed in a renovated farmhouse.
The owners are passionate about their region, and will be happy to recommend places to visit.

First floor: spacious living room with fireplace. Fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge) opening onto the dining room (TV, DVD player, sofa, table soccer (top-of-the-range), direct access to the swimming pool). En-suite bathroom. Laundry room with toilet.
First floor: mezzanine leading to the 4 bedrooms. The 'Garden view' room has 1 x 180 cm bed (can be converted into 2 x 90 cm beds if required), the 'Dormitory' room with private sanitary facilities (shower, 2 washbasins and WC) can accommodate up to 5 people (2 x 2-person beds and 1 x 1-person bed), the 'Orange' room with washbasin has 1 x 2-person bed (140 x 190 cm) and finally the 'Japanese' room (accessible via a Japanese staircase) has 1 x 2-person bed, 1 x 1-person bed and washbasin. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Electricity and heating are included in the rental price.
Outside, large private terrace with beautiful Countryside views, 2nd covered terrace with ping-pong table, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue. Private Piscine (9m x 5m, 1.6m deep), covered and heated (accessible from early May to late September), can be uncovered in summer, pool equipment room including 1 toilet. Private parking.

Numerous walks starting from the Holiday cottage. Close to Beaujolais and its vineyards, Saône et Loire (La Clayette, Chauffailles...) and Loire (Charlieu, Roanne).

In summer (July/August), reservations are only possible on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
