Nestled on the first floor of an authentic golden stone house typical of the Beaujolais region, this fully renovated Holiday cottage welcomes you for a peaceful stay. Adjoining the owners' residence, access to the property is via a shared entrance secured by an electric gate. Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge (sofa bed for two). Two cozy bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed, guarantee a restful night's sleep. A shower room and separate toilet complete the ensemble, as does a small laundry room with washing machine (on the landing). Bed linen and towels provided, with the option of renting towels. Outside, you'll enjoy a courtyard and a small lawn area. Garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs invite you to make the most of the fine weather. Parking is available on the nearby road (narrow cul-de-sac), with assistance from the owners for unloading. Your hosts, young retirees with a passion for nature and especially birds, will offer you a warm and friendly welcome and will be happy to share their knowledge of the region. Close to the village, the Holiday cottage offers magnificent views over the surrounding countryside and easy access to discover the riches of the Beaujolais region. An ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy an authentic experience!
