First floor (access by 1 step): large living room opening directly onto the terrace (kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with sofa bed available only to separate sleeping arrangements). Bathroom. Separate toilet.
First floor: Corridor, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 of which has a wooden crib, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 of which has a pull-out bed). Shower room including WC.

Outside: raised, enclosed terrace (table, benches, charcoal barbecue and electric barbecue). Small, flat, unfenced plot, plenty of space around the gîte. Parking along the road.
Parc Animalier de Courzieu (eagle and wolf shows) 11 km away, L'Arbresle 16 km.
Courzieu train station 4 km (tram-train to Lyon).
