Located in Albigny-sur-Saône, at the foot of the green hills of the Monts d'Or, in the village and 500 m from the banks of the Saône, the Holiday cottage Le Grenier des Maraîchers is in the attic (2nd floor) of an old village farmhouse comprising the owners' house and another dwelling. It has retained the rustic charm of old homes. The exposed beams and furnishings give the living/dining room a cosy character, where life is good! This Holiday cottage will provide you with the change of scenery of a country residence 12 km and 15 mn from the City of Lyon. Access to the whole house is via a shared entrance and hall. An outside staircase leads to the first floor, then a steep wooden staircase leads to the entrance hall. Spacious attic living room with kitchenette, sitting area (convertible sofa for 2), dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), shower room, wc. Inner courtyard, laundry room shared with the owners and the other Holiday cottage. For your convenience, sheets, towels and household linen are included in the rental price, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Table soccer and table tennis available. A small shaded area with lawn is also available to all guests, as well as garden furniture. Parking for 2 cars nearby. 500 m to Lyon by bus on the quays of the Saône. SNCF train station 800 m away.
