In the Haut Beaujolais region, between mountains and fir forests, the "St Clément" Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a rejuvenating, friendly and authentic stay. Located in the heart of the peaceful village of Saint-Clément-de-Vers, on the border with the Saône-et-Loire region, it's the ideal place to spend a weekend or a vacation in the Countryside, with family or friends.

Housed in a fully restored building that also includes a bar/restaurant (open weekdays and lunchtimes only), the Holiday cottage combines the cachet of stone walls with modern comforts.
It can accommodate up to 15 people in 5 bedrooms, with the possibility of partial rental for 7 people (3 bedrooms).

First floor: entrance/cloakroom. Large, convivial living room opening onto a terrace with lovely Countryside views, including a fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and table soccer. Toilets.
The sitting area is currently being converted.
Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each), including 2 washbasins and 2 showers. 1 separate toilet.
Then 2 family rooms for 4 people (4 single beds in each), 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet and 2 washbasins. 1 shower room with 2 washbasins, 1 bathroom with 1 bath, 1 shower and 1 toilet.

Outside: terrace with garden furniture, unfenced grounds.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the City, you'll appreciate the peace and tranquility of the setting. Play areas for Kids, Hiking trails starting from the village, perfect for walking or cycling.
Nearby, discover the Col des Echarmeaux between Rhône and Saône-et-Loire, Mont Saint-Rigaud, nicknamed the "roof of the Rhône", and Beaujeu, the historic capital of Beaujolais.

In the village, you can rent the village hall for your festive gatherings and 3 6-person "chalet-style" Holiday cottages.
