In a peaceful, verdant setting in the heart of the Haut-Beaujolais region, "Le Domaine de Marthe" welcomes you to an old farmhouse full of character, where authenticity, comfort and conviviality come together harmoniously. 1.5 km from Saint-Igny-de-Vers, a charming little Countryside village at the gateway to the Loire and Saône-et-Loire regions, this large Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting for a family get-together, a get-together with friends or a business seminar. Entirely renovated using ecological and environmentally-friendly materials, the estate can accommodate up to 32 people. The 13 rooms, divided between the different buildings (6 in the Maison, 6 in the Grange and 1 in the Atelier), each have their own identity. Spacious, comfortable and carefully decorated, each room has its own private shower room and toilet, and four of them are organized as family suites, with shared bathroom facilities between two rooms. The Maison features a large 50 m² dining room on the first floor, a fully-equipped semi-professional kitchen and a large living room on the first floor. La Grange offers a pleasant relaxation area with lounge, television and convivial corner, allowing everyone to enjoy moments of sharing or peace and quiet as they wish. An authentic vaulted stone cellar, furnished with tables and side tables, terracotta floor tiles and stone walls, adds further charm to your stay. For business meetings or private events, a 40 m² meeting room is available at an additional cost (100 €). Outside, the estate enjoys an exceptional view of the rolling Haut-Beaujolais countryside. You'll enjoy a shaded, enclosed courtyard, a summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, table soccer and ping-pong table, play areas, a pétanque court, a soccer pitch and private parking. With no immediate neighbors or neighbours, Domaine de Marthe guarantees peace, privacy and serenity throughout your stay.
