In a peaceful, lush setting in the heart of the Haut-Beaujolais region, “Le Domaine de Marthe” welcomes you to a charming historic farmhouse where authenticity, comfort, and a warm, friendly atmosphere blend harmoniously.
Located about 1.5 km from Saint-Igny-de-Vers, a charming little village in the countryside at the gateway to the Loire and Saône-et-Loire regions, this spacious holiday cottage offers the ideal setting for gatherings with family, friends, or for a business seminar.

Completely renovated using eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable materials, the estate can accommodate up to 32 people. It consists of three separate areas: the House, the Barn, and the Workshop.

The 13 bedrooms, spread across the different buildings (6 in the House, 6 in the Barn, and 1 in the Studio), each have their own unique character. Spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, each features a private bathroom with a toilet, and four of them are configured as family suites, with shared bathrooms between two rooms.

On the ground floor of the House, there is a large 50 m² dining room, a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, and a spacious living room upstairs. The Barn, meanwhile, offers a pleasant relaxation area with a living room, television, and a cozy corner, allowing everyone to enjoy moments of togetherness or quiet, depending on their preference. An authentic vaulted stone cellar, furnished with tables and high tables, terracotta floor tiles, and stone walls, adds extra charm to your stay.

For business meetings or private events, a 40 m² meeting room is available for an additional fee (€100).

Outside, the estate boasts an exceptional view of the rolling landscapes of the Haut-Beaujolais. You’ll enjoy a shaded, enclosed courtyard, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, sink, foosball table, and ping-pong table, as well as play areas, a pétanque court, a soccer field, and private parking. With no immediate neighbors or houses directly across the way, the Domaine de Marthe guarantees peace, privacy, and tranquility throughout your stay.

Offered on a self-catering basis, the holiday cottage gives you complete freedom to organize your stay as you wish. End-of-stay cleaning of the bedrooms is included in the rental rate.
