In the heart of the Lyonnais valleys, the green lung of Lyon (25 km), this renovated former farmhouse, typical of the Lyonnais hillsides, is located in a peaceful hamlet 3 km from the village of St Laurent de Vaux (Vaugneray). Access to the gîte is via an enclosed communal courtyard (2 adjoining dwellings), then, on the garden side, the private wooden terrace opens onto the surrounding countryside (unobstructed view). Warm, characterful, well-kept interior: country-style decor, exposed beams, decorative fireplace, stone walls... First floor (outside stairs, covered balcony): large, characterful dayroom, kitchenette, dining area, decorative fireplace, 1 TV. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Lower floor: hall with washing machine (direct access to a covered terrace overlooking a meadow, then the countryside and fields), 1 bedroom with independent access from the courtyard (2 single beds, private shower room and toilet). Upper floor: living room (flat-screen TV), 1 sleeping area (not closed: 2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Communal enclosed courtyard, covered balcony, 2 terraces (1 covered), garden furniture, parasol. Meadow. Table tennis, barbecue. Underfloor heating (geothermal) + electric radiators on upper floor. Flat-rate charges: €55/week except from 01 July to 26 August. 5km from the gîte, new giant 1km zip line!

5/5Grand gite avec tout le nécessaire jusqu'au sèche cheveux !
Super Accueil des propriétaires.
Coin super calme, cadre nature , un peu loin de tout et pas si loin de Lyon, c'est le top
nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos amis et souvenirs bien sympa avec découverte de Lyon , caves et Karting électrique (sur Mornan, sympa et sécurisé pour les enfants (plutôt ado) )
Gîte très propre
Prévoir un peu de courses à l'avance, nous, nous l'avions prévu car c'est notre mode de fonctionnement et c'est bien tombé.

Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants.
