Treat yourself to a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Lyonnais valleys, the true green lung of Lyon (25 km). Nestled in a peaceful hamlet 3 km from Saint-Laurent-de-Vaux (Vaugneray), this traditional farmhouse has been completely renovated to welcome you in a warm and authentic setting.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by this characterful building: exposed beams, stone walls, and decor inspired by the Countryside create a warm and rejuvenating atmosphere.
Access to the holiday cottage is via a shared enclosed courtyard (adjacent unit rented year-round), then stairs lead to a covered balcony where the holiday cottage’s private entrance is located.

The holiday cottage (sleeps 8) offers spacious rooms spread across several levels, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space, making it an ideal choice for group vacations, weekend get-togethers, or business stays.
On Level 1: spacious living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a TV and a dining area with a decorative fireplace opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
On Level 2: living room with TV, 1 open sleeping area (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds).
Ground floor: entryway with washing machine leading to a covered terrace, 1 bedroom with private access from the courtyard (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet.
Underfloor heating (geothermal) + electric radiators on the upper floor. Utility fee: €55/week except from July 1 to August 26.

Outside, everything has been designed to enjoy the great outdoors: two terraces with lounge furniture, a barbecue in the courtyard, a ping-pong table, and a lawn. Private parking.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the many hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, as well as the treasures of the Lyon region.
