Situated in the hills above the village of Marennes, just 20 km south of Lyon, this character house is ideal for both business and pleasure. Opposite the owners' house and semi-detached from another dwelling (well separated), the accommodation benefits from independent access and a privileged location: proximity to major roads, Eurexpo 15 km away, Saint-Exupéry airport 20 km away and the main business areas of south-east Lyon (Corbas, Mions, Saint-Priest, Vénissieux) are all within easy reach.

On site, you'll appreciate our private terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs, perfect for enjoying the warm weather.

Inside, the first floor features a wood-burning stove and Countryside-style decor (baskets, wood, soft colors). The space is organized into a convivial living room with fully-equipped open kitchen, dining area and sitting area (TV). A storage room and toilet complete this level.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (1 king-size double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the second) and a bright bathroom with washing machine.

The shared landscaped grounds are a delight for young and old alike, with a Cabin for the Kids, a boules pitch, not to mention a friendly chat with Alphonsine, the owner, and her husband Joël, a keen paraglider, who will be delighted to share their good tips.
