Ideal for a wine tourism break, a weekend in the Beaujolais region or a family vacation between vineyards and gastronomy, the air-conditioned Holiday cottage (reversible air conditioning) offers spacious, convivial spaces on several levels.
Upstairs, a vast living room with sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, a half-level bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) (possibility of 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm) and private shower room with WC, then a mezzanine with reading area and comfortable convertible sofa for extra bed (140 x 190 cm).
The second bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm) has its own private shower room with WC and washing machine. The exterior has been designed with relaxation in mind, and the fully enclosed grounds, secured by a gate, guarantee calm and serenity. You'll enjoy a large landscaped courtyard with a relaxation area (outdoor armchairs and large parasol) and a covered area with barbecue, as well as a terrace with garden furniture and awning on the first floor, with panoramic views over the Vineyards and the village. Private parking in front of the entrance.

Perfectly situated for exploring the region, the Holiday cottage is the perfect starting point for Beaujolais wine tastings, wine villages, vineyard walks and sports outings. You'll also appreciate the superb welcome offered by the owners, who take great care to ensure the well-being of their guests. On-site, they have a second gîte for 3 people.
