Easy access to Lyon via the East ring road, the A43 and Public transport (Metro A and "Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie" TCL park-and-ride facility 5 minutes away by car).

To the rear, the property adjoins the home of the owners, Catherine and Didier, who are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. They can advise you on places to visit, things to do and restaurants to try.

First floor: large living room (with wood pellet stove) with integrated kitchen, sitting area and dining area. Small utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd fridge with freezer, oven).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds, the 3rd only if you need to separate the beds), (1 double bed), shower room with toilet. For your comfort, reversible air-conditioning has been installed in the living room and both bedrooms.
Outside (private to the furnished accommodation): veranda (unheated), lawn garden with trees, covered terrace (garden furniture, plancha).
Parking in property courtyard (1 vehicle) + free outdoor parking.

On request, extra charge: breakfast service for short stays (€7/person) and cleaning service once a week.
