This charming new 41 m² house, fully renovated and with private parking, welcomes you to Saint-Vérand en Beaujolais, in a green and peaceful setting. Ideally located, it's very easy to get to: just 10 minutes from the A89 motorway, 35 minutes from Lyon and 3 minutes from the shops.
Your hosts, Catherine and Bruno, will be delighted to offer you a warm welcome and make your stay a pleasant and relaxing one. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the exceptional luminosity of the accommodation thanks to its three French windows, two of which open directly onto a terrace. Depending on your mood and the time of day, you can enjoy a front terrace with an unobstructed view and garden furniture, or a more intimate, unoverlooked space sheltered by a wall and a hedge, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet. The warm, cosy interior is perfect for a stay with your partner, family or friends. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, whether you're looking for a few days away or a longer vacation. Raised first floor: access is from the terrace. The accommodation comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area (1 convertible sofa for 2 people in 140 x 190 cm and 1 mezzanine bed for 1 person), TV, wood pellet stove. One bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm). Shower room with washing machine and separate toilet. To make sure you travel light, bed linen, towels and household linen are included. A supplement of €7 per day for heating will be charged for stays from November 1 to April 30. Perfectly located for discovering the villages and Vineyards of the Beaujolais!
