This charming little 41 m² house, fully renovated and featuring private parking, welcomes you to Saint-Vérand in the Beaujolais region, in a lush and peaceful setting.
Ideally located, it’s very easy to reach: just 10 minutes from the A89, 35 minutes from Lyon, and 3 minutes from local shops.
Your hosts, Catherine and Bruno, are committed to giving you a warm welcome and making your stay pleasant and relaxing.

As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the home’s exceptional natural light, thanks to its three French doors, two of which open directly onto a terrace. Depending on your preferences and the time of day, enjoy the front terrace with its unobstructed view, umbrella, and patio furniture, or a more private, secluded space sheltered by a wall and a hedge—perfect for relaxing in peace.

The warm and cozy interior is perfect for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind, whether you’re here for a few days of escape or a longer vacation.
Raised ground floor: access is from the terrace. The accommodation features a very bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, and sitting area (1 sofa bed for 2 people, Bed 140 x 190 cm, and 1 Mezzanine bed for 1 person), TV, and wood pellet stove. One bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200). Bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
To help you travel light, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included.
A heating surcharge of €7 per day will be charged for stays from November 1 through April 30.
