This large, characterful farmhouse Holiday cottage in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais is beautifully appointed. It's the ideal place to gather with family or friends, less than 50 km from Lyon. And for larger groups, the adjoining 2nd gîte can accommodate up to 6 additional guests.

At the end of a small Countryside road, this farm Holiday cottage is set in a characterful stone house. It's easily accessible from the communes of L'Arbresle and Bessenay (A89). There's another 6-person Holiday cottage on the premises (on the upper level), as well as the owners' (farmers') house to the rear.
From the parking lot, a gentle slope leads to the private terrace, which gives direct access to the Holiday cottage entrance. On the first floor, you'll find a large country-style living room with wood pellet stove, kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Halfway up, a small hall (with washing machine) leads to two shower rooms, one of which includes a toilet, and another separate toilet. On the upper floor, a hall leads to the sleeping area comprising three bedrooms (1 double bed), (1 double bed and 1 single bed), (2 sets of Bunk beds for a total of 4 people). Baby bed, bath, potty and high chair available on request. In fine weather, you can also take advantage of the private gravel terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a relaxation area with deckchairs and loungers, and a communal area on the outskirts of the farm.

The 2 Holiday cottages can be rented together for a group of family or friends (15 people in total). Visits to the farm and purchase of produce (livestock, meat breeds) possible. Cats on site.
