Gîte with character, located in a renovated stone house on the ground floor, 1 km from the village of Chénelette, at the foot of Mont Tourvéon (953 m), in the Haut Beaujolais region. The region is a real paradise for nature lovers, walkers and mushroom hunters... For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous mountain bike and hiking trails.

Adjoining the owner's house, the gîte has independent access.
Living room opening directly onto the garden (lounge, kitchen and dining areas), hallway leading to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 200cm), (2 single beds 90 x 200cm), shower room and separate toilet.
Solar water heater. Small freezer in adjoining cellar.
Outside: private terrace and very large unfenced garden with trees, deckchairs, lawn, electric barbecue and lovely view.
