A charming holiday cottage located in a renovated stone house on the ground floor, 1 km from the village of Chénelette, at the foot of Mont Tourvéon (953 m), in the Haut Beaujolais region. The region is a true paradise for nature lovers, hikers, and mushroom hunters... For outdoor enthusiasts, it offers numerous mountain biking and hiking trails.
Adjacent to the owner’s home, the holiday cottage has a separate entrance.
The living area opens directly onto the garden (featuring a lounge area, kitchen, and dining area), with a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140 x 200 cm), (2 single beds, 90 x 200cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Solar water heater. Small freezer in the adjoining cellar.
Outside: private terrace leading to a very large, unfenced garden with trees, lounge chairs, a lawn, an electric grill, and a beautiful view.
Close to the Aze stream.

Le gîte de la voisinée n'a que des atouts
Il est au calme, dans un écrin de verdure, dans un beau jardin entretenu avec soin, meublé et décoré avec goût, literie confortable, avec une magnifique vue, espace stationnement assez grand, idéal pour se reposer et visiter les alentours ( côté forêt et côté vignoble) , nombreux chemins de randonnée à proximité
Quant à Aline, nous avons eu plaisir à la rencontrer , son accueil à été chaleureux, très agréable d'échanger avec elle- Cleanliness

Valérie Charmant gîte
J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à la Voisinée et je ne manquerai pas de revenir si l’occasion se présente.
Le gîte est très propre, très bien équipé et a beaucoup de charme. L’environnement est très calme, reposant et agréable.
Il y a de quoi visiter et pour tout les goûts (random, visites culturelles…).
