"Madame's Room" features an entryway and a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.10. Its decor, in shades of beige and blue, is inspired by the Louis XV style and reimagined by early 20th-century interior designers; it is sophisticated, with very imposing moldings on the nearly 4-meter-high ceiling. Waxed oak hardwood floors. A fireplace with polished brass and white marble, and wood paneling adorned with garlands of flowers. The walls are covered with a contemporary fabric featuring foliage motifs. A capsule coffee machine. The bathroom/toilet has a boudoir-style feel: wood paneling, a fireplace, glass tile decor, two 18th-century and Art Nouveau mirrors, and one French window; the walk-in closet is lined with gold-colored fabric (French window). Madame’s bedroom opens onto a large terrace—30 m²—facing east. As a nod to the industrial fervor of the early 20th century, the manufacturing facilities of France’s second-largest city have sprung up in the area and can be seen in the distance through the curtain of trees. To the south is a large balcony opening onto the park and the plane trees.

The "Chambre des Muses" is very luminous, with its faux-gold and light anise hues. The walls are decorated with original paintings by Jocco, an artist who revives the spirit of floral fantasy (Art Nouveau). Solid oak parquet flooring, marble and brass fireplace and silk curtains. A 150 x 200 cm bed: a new standard at the end of the 19th century, reinventing the matrimonial bed rather than the so-called "3-leg" beds (between 110 and 120 cm wide). Furnished with authentic pieces from the best workshops of early 20th-century French designers, some remarkable pieces from the "Collection Chauvin", linen made in France. The "Orientale" room is heady with red, beige and gold. The jacquart walls play with the silk brocades of the curtains; the woodwork is painted with linseed oil. Solid oak parquet, waxed with beeswax, red and grey marble fireplace, brass trim, blurred glass windows, views of the plane-tree terrace to the south and the lime-tree quincunx and green carpet to the west. This was the bedroom of Pierre Juppet, the house's builder. It features an exceptional "Bonk el koba", an Algerian dome bed. This gilded iron cage, typical of Algiers houses, is extremely rare in France. Two examples are on display in Algerian Museums, only one in France (at Marseille's Mucem). This "fairy bed" is accessed via a footboard (new, top-of-the-range bedding made in France). Art-Deco-inspired bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
