Holiday cottage in the Countryside, ideal for a business trip, a stay to discover Lyon or to visit family or friends, very close to the main roads, Eurexpo, St Exupéry and very easy to get to.
This furnished apartment is located in a group of buildings comprising two apartments and that of the owners, Marie and Bruno, who will give you the warmest of welcomes.
First floor: large living room with lounge and dining area, superb French-style ceiling and numerous windows making this space very bright with direct access to a private terrace (garden furniture) not overlooked and protected by a wall, fully-equipped independent kitchen, toilet and laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with lovely views (1 double bed), (2 single beds), attic with 1 baby bed + extra bed possible (extra charge of €70 per week). Bathroom including toilet.
Outside, private, enclosed terrace, shared courtyard/parking area. Cleaning package (40€) compulsory for all stays of 2 weeks or more.
Goat farm nearby with possibility of cheese sales.
