La Terrasse

Very easy to reach, southwest of Lyon and about 2 km from the center of Mornant (a pretty medieval village), the Holiday cottage 'La Terrasse' is located in the hamlet of La Grange à Gonin.
You'll appreciate its simplicity, the calm of the surrounding Countryside and the nearby Hiking trails.

The Holiday cottage is located in a building with several dwellings (including that of the owner's son). The owner lives nearby, on the property.
First floor (outside staircase): entrance hall, living room opening onto terrace (kitchen area, dining area, sofa). 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds opening onto terrace, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed), shower room including wc. Oil heating.
Outside: large, private, raised terrace with lovely view of the Countryside and Mont Pilat (closed by a gate), garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, private barbecue (charcoal). Numerous shared green spaces planted with trees, swing, pétanque court, tennis court, private fishing pond. Parking spaces.

The owner, Joseph, a retired farmer, will give you a warm welcome. He is passionate about mechanics and collects and repairs vintage tractors and classic cars. On request, he can show you his 'treasures' and tell you all about their history.
