This furnished accommodation adjoins the owners' home & a 2nd one (opening in summer 2015). Ground floor : large colourful living room, kitchen (central island)/ dining/ lounge areas. Shower room (walk-in shower). 1st floor : hall, 3 bedrooms (bunk beds + 120cm wide bed), (120cm wide bed), (120cm wide bed). WC. Double glazing. Enclosed and shared courtyard with flowers (it may be crossed by owners). Free parking in the street (50m away). Ideal for holiday exploring Lyon, a stopover on the way to/from your holiday destination or a business trip (close to Eurexpo & airport). Easy access by cycling (near the VIARHONA cycling road). Minimum length of stay for Festival of Lights : 3 nights.

Comfortable, peaceful, pleasant.
5/5We stayed for about 10 days, and had no problems. Catherine was helpful and welcoming. We found it to be peaceful and calm, and while a long journey into the city, easy enough to get there whenever we needed.
We used the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, oven, hobs, and found all in good working order. We slept well, and enjoyed the environment. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

2/5Bonne communication téléphonique avec la propriétaire avant le séjour.
Forte odeur de gaz dans le logement (selon les infos de la propriétaire cela arrive en période de froid mais pas lié à un problème de fuite de gaz).
Logement mal chauffé à notre arrivée (inférieur à 16 degrés)
Logement correct mais aménagements et décorations à remettre au goût du jour.

Bonjour, j'ai pris connaissance de votre avis suite à votre séjour dans notre GITE. Vous avez apprécié nos échanges avant le début de la location, j'en suis ravie. Concernant la température, nous respectons les consignes gouvernementales et indiquons à nos hôtes de ne pas dépasser les 19°. Par ailleurs, nous avons fait vérifier toutes les installations par notre fournisseur d'énergie qui n'a constaté aucune anomalie. Concernant les aménagements et la décoration que vous n'avez pas trouvés à votre goût et j'en suis désolée, les photos du GITE en ligne sur Internet sont conformes à la réalité. Cordialement.
