Adjoining a second furnished apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, it enjoys a calm and friendly setting.
The owners, Catherine and Jean, who live on site, will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on your stay.

First floor: entrance hall, small, functional shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet with washing machine).
First floor: studio comprising a well-appointed living room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa and sleeping area, opening onto the living room with 2 single beds.
The mezzanine, accessed via a miller's ladder, has a very low ceiling and is equipped with an extra mattress, making it ideal for relaxing.
The courtyard, shared with the second apartment (and used by the owners to access their home), is flower-filled and enclosed, providing a pleasant space for socializing with a bench and garden table.
Free street parking is available just 50 m away.

Walkers will appreciate the ViaRhôna (direct access by bike). Lyon, Eurexpo and Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport are also just a few kilometers away.
