Welcome to La Petite Maison! Nestled in a green setting between City and Countryside, in a property with a large enclosed garden that also includes the owner's house, this small independent house will offer you comfort, calm and serenity for a successful stay.
Public transport is close by for all your travel needs.
The interior is all on one level, with plenty of natural light thanks to large bay windows, eco-friendly materials, bright colors and contemporary decor.
Access via the raised terrace (3 steps) into the dayroom, comprising a cosy living area (no TV), dining area and fully-equipped kitchenette. Small corridor. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), (2 single beds). Shower room. Toilets. Private washing machine and dryer in shared laundry room.
Outside: unoverlooked wooden terrace shaded by a beautiful plane tree with garden furniture and deckchairs, private gravel courtyard with relaxation area, shared garden (the owner has a dog and cat).
Parking on the property (2 vehicles).
For business customers, capacity is limited to 2 people.
No smoking or vaping in the accommodation.

Un excellent séjour passé dans ce gîte avec mon conjoint.
Les propriétaires sont adorables, très discrets et disponibles si besoin, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous sentir comme chez nous.
Le lieu est très agréable, calme et reposant, parfait pour se ressourcer à deux.

Halte en famille de plus ou moins 3 jours. Accueil chaleureux de la part de notre hôte. Hébergement confortable niché au fond du jardin, à l'abri des regards. Environnement verdoyant et paisible. Logement situé "au frais", à seulement quelques encablures de la ville de Lyon: facteur très appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs. Chien de la maison discret et affectueux...pour notre plus grand bonheur. Hospitalité (et serviabilité) de la propriétaire très appréciés. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse qui allie bonne humeur et zénitude.

de touraine excellent séjour dans un cadre très agréable
excellent séjour avec des propriétaires à l'écoute, serviables et discrets, un très bon accueil et un gîte confortable! le cadre est très apaisant,entouré d'arbres et bien au calme.
