Welcome to Émeringes, a small village in the Beaujolais des Crus region, just outside Burgundy. Here, time seems to slow down, and everything invites you to relax, explore the Vineyards, and enjoy sharing special moments.

Completely and lovingly renovated, this beautiful, fully detached stone house combines old-world charm with modern comforts.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious, enclosed garden (with an electric gate) featuring fruit trees (apple and cherry), offering peace, privacy, and a lovely view of the surrounding area. Several living areas have been created so that everyone can find their own little corner of happiness: a covered terrace in a charming shed (garden furniture, barbecue, utility room), a second terrace accessible directly from the ground floor—ideal for al fresco dining—as well as a relaxation area set on the upper part of the garden.

The charm is evident the moment you walk in. The stone walls, exposed beams, wooden doors, oak hardwood floors, and elegant decor create a warm and soothing atmosphere. During the off-season, the wood-burning stove in the living room adds a cozy touch that’s especially appreciated after a day of exploring.

A laundry room with a washing machine and a separate restroom complete this level.

Upstairs, three magnificent double bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and feature high-end bedding: one bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds as needed; one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom; a third bedroom—a double bed with direct access to the terrace and garden, featuring a large picture window offering a beautiful view of the village.

The house is an ideal base for exploring the region’s treasures: the Wine Route and its vineyards, charming villages, local markets, traditional festivals, as well as numerous hikes and walks through the heart of the Beaujolais countryside.
