Holiday cottage La Passiflore - charm and serenity in the heart of Beaujolais!

In the heart of the vineyards, just 11 km from the Villefranche Nord exit (A6), the Holiday cottage "La Passiflore" welcomes you in a charming winegrower's house. Set in peaceful surroundings, it offers magnificent views over the Beaujolais valleys, vineyards and the pretty village of Le Perréon dominated by its bell tower.

With its authenticity and relaxed lifestyle, it's the ideal place for a getaway for couples, families or friends. On the first floor, you'll find a warm, characterful living room with a sitting area, a convivial dining area and a fully-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom - 1 double bed, 1 bedroom - 2 single beds), plus a shower room with WC. Bed linen can be rented on request.
Outside, you'll find a small private flowered area (garden furniture) and a large courtyard shared with the owner. In fine weather, you can admire the many rosebushes planted along the stone walls.
A laundry room reserved for Holiday cottage occupants (washing machine, iron and ironing board) is at your disposal.
On request, you can park your car in the shed inside the property.

By prior arrangement with the owner, you can stay in a bed and breakfast with breakfast provided.
Possibility of additional rental on site, in an adjoining building with rooms for artistic residencies and parties....( LORCA, Lieu Ouvert au Ressourcement et à la Création Artistique).

Just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage: Hiking trails (50 m), wine cellars and Beaujolais crus (including Brouilly). Village shops.
Nearby: charming villages, castles, Romanesque churches, not forgetting Lyon, easily accessible for a cultural or gourmet excursion.
