Just a few minutes' walk from the magnificent Lake des Sapins and its organic Swimming, this character-filled Holiday cottage invites you to take a refreshing break in the Upper Beaujolais region. Housed in a character complex that includes the owner's house opposite, the fully restored accommodation combines authenticity and modern comfort: exposed beams, warm colors, meticulous decoration... every detail has been thought of to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.On site, Françoise, your host, will offer you a warm welcome in a friendly, family atmosphere. Ideal for a get-together with family or friends, this spacious property will seduce you with its generous volumes and numerous living areas. The oriental-inspired living room opens onto a balcony offering a soothing view of the garden, pond and surrounding Countryside, as well as onto a large terrace (fully equipped with garden and lounge furniture) to enjoy the warm weather. At night, there's space for everyone: four comfortable bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and TV, guarantee privacy and Wellbeing. 2 bedrooms on the lower floor (1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds).
On the upper floor: 2 triple bedrooms, each with a 2-person bed and a 1-person bed. Outside, the charm is just as strong: large enclosed terrace, communal courtyard decorated with mosaics, vast wooded garden with secure pond... Not forgetting the facilities for relaxation and leisure: pétanque court, ping-pong table, vegetable garden, chicken coop and private barbecue. Designed for a stress-free stay, the Holiday cottage also offers Linen supplied. Bed linen and towels provided for stays of 4 nights or more (rental available for shorter stays), baby equipment on request. Private washing machine located outside the Holiday cottage (on the terrace). Parking on site. A perfect place to reconnect with nature, share precious moments... Holiday cottage not suitable for parties due to nearby neighbors.
