The fully renovated house combines authentic charm with modern comforts, in a refined and friendly atmosphere.

You'll be seduced by the unique character of the premises: exposed beams, stone walls, old floor tiles... Every detail has been carefully thought out. A bouquet of hydrangeas on the table, a few sprigs of lavender, a library and games for all ages: here, everything invites you to share and relax.

Numerous living spaces, both indoors and out.
First floor: "Charlotte" living room with fireplace and summer lounge, large dining room with dining area, library and gaming room, fully-equipped kitchen, storeroom, laundry room. A gaming room with billiards, and a second area with table soccer and table tennis.
One bedroom overlooking the courtyard (1 double bed and private shower room). 2 toilets.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with private shower and washbasin.
1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds and 1 single bed. Bathroom/wc and 1 separate toilet.

The estate extends over 6,000 m² of landscaped grounds. Secure private Piscine (4x11 m), from 01/06 to 15/09 from 10H to 21H, garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis, portico, barbecue...; Garden of a thousand scents, with aromatic plants available.
Hiking, cycling, winery visits, local heritage, markets and small village restaurants: the surrounding area is full of treasures to explore.

To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, festive gatherings are not permitted on the premises.
A cleaning charge of €220 is MANDATORY and must be paid to the owners.
