Overlooking the vineyards, this 19th-century property, entirely renovated with elegance and character, offers an unobstructed view as far as Mont Blanc on a clear day: a rare panorama that sublimates every sunrise and sunset. Set in wooded grounds, just 4 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 37 km from Lyon, the Domaine perfectly combines privacy, accessibility and the art of living.

26 guests can be accommodated in the two houses: an ideal configuration to satisfy several generations with different rhythms!

La Grande Lætitia - 540 m² on 3 levels (sleeps 15) features generous volumes and plenty of natural light.
Raised ground floor: 2 convivial lounges, a dining room, a kitchen and the magnificent Art Deco veranda invite you to relax in any season. 1 master suite.
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with Bunk beds, private bathroom.
Ground floor: Wellbeing area with Jacuzzi and sauna, gaming room with table tennis and table soccer.

La Petite Lætitia - 220 m² (11 people), renovated in a Countryside chic style, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its beautiful dining room, 3 charming bedrooms with en-suite facilities and spaces designed for conviviality.

Outside, a large heated and secure swimming pool, shaded dining areas and elegant furnishings to savor the moment, a glass of Beaujolais in hand. A small vegetable garden is available to guests.
