In the heart of a natural hamlet, this beautiful stone house welcomes you to a bucolic, unspoilt setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Surrounded by a vast flower-filled garden, bordered by low dry-stone walls, the house sits at the heart of a property full of character, ideal for a rejuvenating weekend or a vacation in the Countryside. Here, calm reigns, punctuated by birdsong and the wind blowing through the broom - the "balas" with which brooms used to be made. This is also the name of the family who have lived on the farm since the 15th century, giving the hamlet its name.

As soon as you arrive, you'll fall under the spell of the large, unoverlooked terrace in front of the house, with a magnificent view over the Countryside and, in the distance, the City of Lyon. This space, accessible from the Holiday cottage on one level, is perfect for convivial meals or moments of relaxation. Parking available on site.
Inside, the house is warm and authentic, reflecting the passionate work of the owners who have carefully renovated it over the years.
The first floor comprises a kitchen, a vast living room (with decorative fireplace), two bedrooms (each for 2 people), a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. Upstairs, a space under the roof offers two communicating bedrooms for 4 people.
A vaulted summer dining room, bike room and shared washing machine are available on request.
The owner, Marie-Noëlle, lives discreetly at the back of the house and will be delighted to advise you on discovering the treasures of the region.

Things to do: Hiking, cycling or horse-riding on the Pilat trails, the listed village of Ste-Croix-en-Jarez, the Gallo-Roman sites of Vienne and Saint-Romain-en-Gal, Saint-Étienne (capital of design), the St-Martin-la-Plaine wildlife park.
