Situated 6 km from the village of Vaugneray (Western Lyons), in a quiet hamlet, this Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a large house, set in 4000 m² of grounds planted with trees and flowers.
Renée and Guy, the owners, live on site and will give you their warmest welcome.

The Holiday cottage is accessed by an external wooden staircase leading to a private raised terrace, with superb views over the Countryside, including a table, benches and a gas barbecue for your cosy spring/summer evenings.
You enter directly into the bright, air-conditioned living room with several separate areas: kitchen and dining area, sitting area with TV and sofa bed for 2 people (possibility of 1 additional single bed 80 x 200 cm) and a storeroom with storage space.
At the far end, you'll find a laundry area with washing machine and sink, a shower room including toilet and finally the raised sleeping area. The latter is closed by a curtain and opens onto a hallway with a 140 cm double bed (chest of drawers, storage shelves next to the bed and TV). Baby bed available on request.

In all seasons, you have free access to the large communal grounds, and can even relax with a game of table tennis.
