Nestled between hills and vineyards, this large Holiday cottage with a breathtaking view is ideal for a peaceful stay in the Countryside.

Gîte located in a complex of 3 houses: the gîte, a semi-detached house and the house of the owner's brother, a farmer, below. The farm is at the rear, with premises for selling farm produce (local goat cheese production).

Large, beautiful, fully renovated stone house with wooden facade. Fabrice, the owner's carpenter, carried out some of the work on this former farm building, as well as making some of the furnishings, which adds a lot of character to the whole.
First floor (1 step up to terrace): entrance, large living room with wood-burning stove (kitchen area, dining area, sitting area), storeroom/laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), shower room (accessible for people with reduced mobility) including toilet.
Raised first floor: hallway, 2 bedrooms with double beds (one with 1 140 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds that can be converted into 1 160 cm bed), shower room, toilet.
Upstairs: 1 living room (sofa bed), 1 family room for 4 people (1 double bed 140 cm and 2 single beds on mezzanine (low ceiling) accessible by ladder). WC with washbasin.
Upper floor: hallway leading outside to the gîte parking area. Mezzanine (low ceiling) with 1 single bed.

Baby equipment on request (cot, changing table/mattress, high chair, bathtub, booster seat, etc.). Linen provided.
Linen rental available. Private terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, private gas barbecue). Private gravel courtyard in front of gîte.

Available: meadow 100m away and bike shed/cellar. Parking lot. Walks from the gîte including GR76. Not suitable for festive gatherings. Pets not allowed.
