Located just 500 meters from the center of the village of Affoux, backing onto the house of the owners, former farmers and Christmas tree growers, this Holiday cottage combines authenticity, conviviality and serenity for a rejuvenating stay in the Countryside.

With its own entrance, the Holiday cottage opens onto a pleasant 30 m² private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a parasol, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends while enjoying the surrounding peace and quiet. On one level, the accommodation features a light-filled living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting area with television. Underfloor heating ensures optimum Wellbeing all year round. At night, the gîte can accommodate up to 6 people in its two bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the other a family room for 4 with two bunk beds. A shower room with WC completes the accommodation. On site, young and old alike will appreciate the presence of the farm animals, the lovely view over the Monts du Beaujolais and the peaceful atmosphere of the place.
