It's ideal for a family get-together or a gathering of friends, with plenty of space and a large, landscaped courtyard.

First floor: very large living room (110 m2) with fully-equipped kitchen.
Communal sanitary facilities include a disabled-accessible washroom and 3 areas with a total of 9 showers, 5 WCs and washbasins.)

Upstairs: relaxation room (50 m2) with sitting area, table and chairs.
4 dormitories with bunk beds (2 x 8 people, 1 x 10 people, 1 x 20 people).
