Perfect for fishermen and families, this set of 2 gîtes (for 6 and 2 people) is located 200 m from the pretty Trades lake!

In Haut Beaujolais, 30 km south-west of Mâcon, come and discover these two adjoining Holiday cottages, perfect for holidays in the Countryside. One can accommodate 2 and the other up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor on either side of a large house housing the town hall services on the first floor, each Holiday cottage has private access via a staircase and a covered terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area.

A delightful communal Lake is just around the corner for fishing enthusiasts, and there's also a Kids' playground (swings, slide), a pétanque court, and hiking and mountain-biking trails. There's also a bar-restaurant. And new: a cyclo-cross course for the more athletically inclined!

The Grand Holiday cottage has a living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed 160 cm), 1 bedroom for 4 people - 2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate toilet.
Covered, enclosed terrace with coffee table and armchairs. Electric heating, television and Internet access (Wi-Fi + Ethernet socket). Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Outside, enjoy the covered terrace (garden furniture), offering a pleasant view of the Countryside. A private garage (with washing machine) is available on the first floor, as well as a small unfenced green space and a large parking area. A barbecue is also available, shared by the 2 Holiday cottages.
Bed linen and towels are not provided and are not available to rent on site.

A further 4 Holiday cottages (for 4 people each) are located 200m from the Lake, next to the municipal Campsites. All 6 accommodations can be rented for a family group (24 people in total).
Preferential rate for a 4-week long stay: 1300€. Housekeeping deposit of 110€ due on arrival.
