Less than 3 km from the town of St Laurent de Chamousset (with all shops and services), this renovated stone farmhouse is typical of the Monts du Lyonnais. It comprises 2 4-person Holiday cottages, each with 1 bedroom, and the owner's house in another wing of the building. Entrance to the property via a porch and shared courtyard. Access to each of the 2 Holiday cottages is via a shared hallway (3 outside steps or incline). Holiday cottage St Raphaël, decorated in a contemporary style, is comfortable and highly functional. It is entirely furnished on the first floor (1 step up to the entrance). Entrance into the living room (fully-equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with sofa bed for 2), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin and toilet). Baby bed on request (Umbrella bed). Bed linen and towels provided. Shared laundry facilities for the 2 Holiday cottages (washing machine). No wifi, but 4 and 5G networks. Inside, gaming room on second floor: table tennis, table soccer, mini-flipper. Outside: private terrace with garden furniture (access via 2 steps), shared playground with children's play area (play house, small toys), boules and badminton rackets available. Barbecue shared by both Holiday cottages (charcoal). Parking area.
