Less than 3 km from the town of St Laurent de Chamousset (with all shops and services), this renovated stone farmhouse is typical of the Monts du Lyonnais. It comprises 2 4-person Holiday cottages, each with 1 bedroom, and the owner's house in another wing of the building. Entrance to the property via a porch and shared courtyard. Access to each of the 2 Holiday cottages is via a shared hallway (3 outside steps or incline). Holiday cottage St Michel, decorated in a contemporary style, is comfortable and highly functional. It is entirely furnished on the first floor. Entrance into living room (fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with 1 pull-out bed for 2), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin and toilet). Baby bed on request (Umbrella bed). Bed linen and towels provided. Shared laundry facilities for the 2 Holiday cottages (washing machine). No wifi, but 4 and 5G networks. Inside, on the second floor: table tennis, table soccer and mini-flipper. Outside: private terrace (access via 3 steps from the living room) with garden furniture, shared playground with Kids' play area (play house, small toys), pétanque balls for kids and adults, badminton and padel rackets available. Charcoal barbecue shared by both Holiday cottages. Parking area.
