Less than 3 km from the town of St Laurent de Chamousset (with all shops and services), this renovated stone farmhouse is typical of the Monts du Lyonnais region. It comprises 2 adjoining 4-person gîtes, each with 1 bedroom, and the owner's house in another wing of the building.
Entrance to the property via a porch and shared courtyard. Access to each of the 2 gîtes via a shared hall (3 outside steps or inclined plane).
The St Michel gîte, decorated in a contemporary style, is comfortable and highly functional. It is entirely furnished on the first floor. Entrance into living room (fully-equipped kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with 1 pull-out bed for 2), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet).
Cot available on request. Bed linen and towels provided. Shared laundry room (washing machine).
Outside: private terrace (access via 3 steps from living room) with garden furniture, shared playground (trampoline, slide, playhouse, beach tennis, volleyball, badminton), boules available. Barbecue shared by both gîtes (charcoal-fired). Parking area.
