In southern Beaujolais, in the heart of a small hamlet 2 km from L'Arbresle, the gîte is housed in a recent building that also includes premises for the owner's wine-making business. Very easy access.

First floor: large living room opening onto terrace, sitting area (2 sofas, TV), dining area and fully-equipped kitchenette. WC (washbasin). Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, refrigerators, storage space). First floor: corridor leading to 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 single bed, private washbasin), (1 family room with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, private shower room), 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed). Shower room, 2 WCs. Raclette machine, numerous board games.

Outside: garden with lawn and large paved terrace, reserved for the gîte, garden furniture, barbecue, lovely panoramic view of the village bell tower (1 km away) and vineyards. Cleaning service available for a fee during your stay. Flat-rate charges: €16/day between 02/01 and 01/05, and between 02/10 and 01/01, and €10/day between 02/05 and 01/10.
