Gîte Mont Blanc

Near Tarare, on the heights of the village of St Marcel l'Eclairé, this large stone house of character (listed building) set in the heart of nature, comprises 2 Holiday cottages (each sleeping 4) and the owners' accommodation. You can spend a short stay, a weekend or a vacation in complete tranquillity. Independent access for each accommodation.

The Mont Blanc gîte is at the front of the house, with a breathtaking view of the Monts du Beaujolais, the village below and the large garden (shared) with swimming pool.
The first floor is accessed via an outside staircase and small landing (covered). The entrance opens onto the living room with kitchenette and dining area, sofa bed for 2. 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room including wc, washing machine.
On the first floor, the Holiday cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Shared exteriors (with the second Holiday cottage and the owners): large, shady grassy area, with Kids' play area (trampoline, swing, basketball hoop), and above-ground swimming pool, not to mention a magnificent view of the village and mountains, courtyard, parking lot.

The 2 Holiday cottages can be rented together for a family group (8 people in total).
