Gîte Maison de Famille

A large, charming house surrounded by wooded grounds, ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, accommodating up to 15 people. Company groups or accompanied children are also welcome. The gîte is located in the rolling Monts du Lyonnais region, 45 minutes from Lyon and St Etienne. The living rooms are spacious and welcoming, allowing everyone to find their place. You'll appreciate the character of the ensemble (exposed beams, wooden doors, fine furniture...). Entrance hall (washing machine), separate toilet and access to the whole gîte via a corridor. The large, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden, and is organized around a fine crafted table. It opens onto the dining room with its warm ambience (wood-burning stove). The living room is totally independent and very comfortable (large screen TV, home cinema, wifi connection, library...). 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 for 4 and 2 for 2). Bathroom, toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 4-person bedroom with private bathroom (bath + shower) and toilet; 2 bedrooms for 2), bathroom (bath + shower), toilet. A cot and full baby equipment are available. Vast 2000 m2 walled garden with covered areas for eating or relaxing, garden furniture, deckchairs, ping-pong table, barbecue, boules and racket games. Close to well-marked hiking and mountain-biking trails, 5 km from an indoor pool with sauna, jacuzzi and bowling alley. Numerous possibilities for visits in nearby villages: Salva Terra (medieval theme park) 4 km, accrobranche 15 km, animal park 10 km, Musée du Chapeau in Chazelle sur Lyon - 15 km, farm visits and sale of local produce, Lyon 45 km, Loire river banks 20 km.
